Just harvested my first flush from Phoenix Oyster Mushrooms from Fungi Farm.
Simple spawn bag that I purchased while visiting family in Alabama.
- Cut an X in the top of the bag
- Soaked bag in water for about 4 hours
- Setup in my closet

Thank you! Yeah. It was definitely time to harvest before spores got all over everything in my closet.
I plan on putting some of them on agar and playing with more propagation.
Currently Reishi mushroom on oak sawdust leftover from a woodworking project.
