Looking at the cover, and blatantly ignoring the synopsis, I thought the MC was a girl. The first chapter is the classic introduction of the trash skill that in reality is totally OP. Regardless, it looks fun.

This reminds me of RTA Sousha wa Game Sekai kara Kaerenai, but that series is played very much for comedy rather than the really dark situation this MC finds themself and their sister in. I had also thought the MC was a girl at first based on the art, so you aren’t crazy there. I hope there’s an easy way out of the dungeon now that he has pissed off every monster in there and the boss.
