This album and Duty Now For The Future were a huge part of my adolescence.
God I loved the hell out of this one. My brother and sister were significantly older and I grew up with the typical Led Zeppelin, Foreigner, Journey, etc. They were all fine, but I was bored with them by the time I got interested in music. Then the new wave stuff hit when I was mid-teens, and I was instantly hooked. Devo, Lena Lovich, XTC, Oingo Boingo, and so many others. Earlier if you want to include things like Elvis Costello, Blondie, The Cars, The Police, etc.
Those are the sounds of my youth.
