I have a hard time believing any top executive can’t afford one.
Bold to assume an alleged criminal is good with money.
Top executive at an advertising firm who has been embezzeling generally is going to have access to money.
It’s verified by the courts before they assign one.
Top executive isn’t a sign of wealth. It’s just a title.
