Apparently they’re meant to be coming out this year, although I haven’t seen anything since January. While he’ll never be as iconic as Ozzy or Dio, the stuff he did with Sabbath deserves more recognition; Headless Cross is one of my favourite albums and it’s a crime its not on streaming

    Definitely,

However I really think they should finish with the Ozzy-era deluxe sets before moving on to other stuff.

I’m happy to see any Sabbath stuff re-issued/boxed but let’s be honest, the people want the seventies stuff first. I know I do.

Tony’s stuff will never be as iconic as Ozzy’s, but the fact that headless cross is not on streaming is a crime

    Yes! Finally!

Tony Martin era is criminally underrated. Especially Headless Cross is fantastic. I never understood why they insisted on acting like these albums never happened.

I guess they just get lumped in with the other ‘weird’ albums, like Born Again and Seventh Star, despite being (for the most part) much better

I get what you’re saying, although with the years I came to appreciate Born Again more and Seventh Star is a personal favourite (yes, the furthest from what the classic Sabbath sound is considered to be but I adore Hughes’s voice) but they both have been available for streaming. Go figure…

I can only assume its some licencing issues as for some reason the eternal idol is here, but the others don’t seem to be
