“high speed” chargers will fuck your battery up long-term, so avoid those.
How?
Heat kills your battery, and they tend to generate heat very quickly. If you don’t notice any heat buildup it’s probably fine but ideally you want a charger that isn’t heating up your phone much
Why is heat bad for the battery?
it basically permanently damages its ability to retain energy well, which over-time will accumulate and lead to awful battery life.
