    Wow! I’ve actually never seen ginger as anything but the root before. That’s beautiful!

    Does it have a distinctive scent?

      You would think it would smell amazing, but it didn’t smell like much of anything to me, unfortunately. Also, I think that this is a specific variety that is grown for its flowers and not the root.
