In NY that’s $2,700 a month, plus utilities.

Looks like you have an entire room for your computer, that is a luxury that not everyone can afford.

You have a table and chair which looks resonably ergonomic, you even have your computer up on the desk which will reduce the ammount of dust that accumulates in the case.

It looks like you may even have an oxygen bottle, great for emergencies!

The computer looks like it has both an optical and a floppy drive, great! My own computer has none.

Looks like you have a 4:3 screen, so the computer will be compatible with older games.

The room is dark and and the monitor will probably be dim, so a great pairing.

Overall, looks like a great place to play some Roller Coaster Tycoon!

Lost 1 point for not having a fully plumbed toilet as the desk chair

I would probably add some acoustic treatment to the walls which you can do pretty cheap now. Get some mold killer and a dehumidifier as it looks a bit damp and then a rug. After that a pretty sweet setup that many would aspire towards.

    Luxury!
In my day we shared a desk with the next-door office and had to fight for desk space!

A man in a tiny office split down the middle by a wall, pulling the shared desk more toward his side. From the movie Brazil
