From the article: New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara on Tuesday pleaded no contest to a lesser misdemeanor charge of breach of peace for an incident that took place in Las Vegas in February 2022, per the Clark County (Nevada) District Court. Kamara, 27, will have to complete 30 hours of community service and pay $105,196.17 in restitution to the victim, Darnell Greene, for past due medical expenses as a result of his no contest plea. Kamara also will be fined $500.

He will server 30 Hours community service and pay $100,000 restitution.

It’s anyone’s guess how many games suspended if any this turns in to. I think Kamara could be a sneaky value with Carr leading the offense.

    Think Carr will be a plus, but coaching is still the biggest question mark for that team. Obviously he is talented, but I’m cautious if better options are out there.

    And I’m gonna wildly guess it’s a 2-4 game suspension.

      The only season Dennis Allen and Carr worked together in Oakland was Carr’s rookie season in 2014. Even so, rookie Carr and Andy Dalton last year don’t have a lot of separation. Rookie Carr had 204 ypg and Dalton had 205 ypg last year. And 17-14 TD-INT in 16 games vs 18-9 in 14.

      And I think Carr will be much better even if all he does it match last years numbers then he will be a big improvement over Dalton.

      And Kamara will surely drop when the suspension details come out I think if you can snag him at 7+ round value you have a top end RB2 for a very low price if you can weather the storm. I’m not going out of my way to draft him but if he’s there I’m drafting him over guys like Jahan Dotson, Courtland Sutton, or Antonio Gibson

    I still think the Saints offseason moves suggest that they believe at least a six game suspension is coming. Sign Jamaal Williams to a multi-year deal and draft Kendre Miller in the third round? With the cap restrictions they had and the lack of depth all over the defense?
