        Sounds like a mental health issue. Drawing symbols on the property, carrying a sword around, turning the water off. I strongly support a better public health care system. This is a obvious case as to why

          We should be so lucky… But in this guys case, who would report him? No way he’s getting help on his own…

          Of course the BIGGER problem is the absentee landlord letting him run riot.

            If the article is correct. He was squatting then became the property manager. Something is just weird there.
