If I’ve got the evening to myself, I often will be using two pens.
One with regular, one with Δ8, and I’ll hit the 8 a few times in between regular hits.
One is completely legal, one is currently in a bit of a gray area as state laws are sorting themselves out. So I’ll get what I can when I can.
And I would never give someone this look when they’re offering me something, unless it was a scientology pamphlet. Just don’t call it weed and hand it to me.
I’ll pass and offer a joint to friends of friends, or dry herb vape hits and weed to my buddies. It doesn’t come up often but it happens when somebody tries to pass some gross prerolls around.
Do what you like though, my opinion matters not.
I mean if I’ve got the good stuff and a buddy offers a d8, I’ll absolutely break out the good stuff. Or I’ll keep it for myself, and let them have their d8 if it’s someone I’m not too comfortable with.
The only people I smoke with are my wife and her best friend/friends husband, so it doesn’t come up for me at all, so I’m strictly speaking in hypothetical. I’d say my opinion is probably less relevant to most people than yours is since I just assume most people probably like smoking with more than just 1-3 people.
My circle is very small but includes a few people that are far more social than I am. What usually happens is I’m visiting a friend and someone they know calls up or stops by, next thing you know there’s half a dozen people I’ve never met standing around. Small private sessions are definitely more normal for my friends and I though.

Literally unless it’s cleared with me BEFORE the invitation is extended, I absolutely will refuse to let someone in.
I get you’re tight with them but I dont/barely know them.
Lucky for me my circle is also introverted so no random invites, just random people popping in completely unannounced which usually get the quick 5 minute “hey how’s it going what’s up k bye” patio conversation.
I’m perfectly content with smoking at home with just my wife and dogs. Extra people just make things louder. Pass.

When(if lol) I’ve got the land for it, want to make a small cabin in a cluster of trees that’s basically just enough room for 4 people to sit in and have a wood stove in the corner.
I dunno what Delta-8 is but I know if it was weed they’d call it weed.

I thought THC A was the same legal status as Delta 8? Weed is absolutely still very much illegal where I live lol They sell them both at the same shops!
Thc a is literally what’s in normal ass weed before you heat it up via smoking or vaping it to turn it into THC.

I think that’s because of Trump’s hemp bill which accidentally legalized everything but thc itself. I’ve even heard of people selling regular ass pot on the clear web.
I assume it’s just one of the many backwards nonsense laws I have to put up with living in South Carolina lol
