I know, in most porn there are cuts where they clean up behind the scenes. But in some scenes, they go between back and forth in one shot. Do they do something to mitigate the risk of infections or do they just take the risk?

The infection recovery interview doesn’t make it into the final cut.
And like @[email protected] says, colonoscopy enema for 24 hours before, and lots of lube. And hope your fellow actor is a professional with good hygiene (some actors have a hard time following simple directives like a negative STI test less than 48 hours old.)
And don’t let anybody on set pressure you into being unsafe.
They usually do an enema, and pack their ass with lube.
As for infection I’m not sure. Butbi suppose it’s considered a hazard of the job.
