The Keynote will take place on Friday, July 28 at 10AM PDT (1 PM EDT / 6 PM BST / 2 AM JST) and will last approximately 1 and a half hours.
Traditionally, new expansion details are announced at the keynote. There should also be some details about patch 6.5.
The times on the site are Pacific, not Eastern. It’d be 1PM EDT
