NPR getting attacked by Republicans for following basic journalistic integrity and combating disinformation. Maybe it wouldn’t have such a “liveral slant”" if Republicans stopped consistently lying lol

This kind of story is just more fuel for the myth of a so-called “liberal media”.
Right? I distinctly remember driving my now teen to daycare years ago and listening to All Things Considered doing a story and then stating a Republican politician’s clearly inaccurate view as a capper to undo the point of the story they had just aired. It was baffling that they would have added that. From then on it felt like fresh air (get it?) realizing how biased they actually are, paying attention to who their underwriters actually are, etc.
