I’m terrible about hydration but I always liked this sub on Reddit because it’s just wholesome enthusiasm for a universally good thing so I’m glad to see it on Lemmy.
I’m 50ish kilos, if I drank ~10% of my weight in water every day I’d die of water poisoning 🙄.
