150g starter
200g organic white flour
200g organic whole wheat flour
200g organic spelt flour
200g organic peanut butter

Ooh, yum! I tried a peanut butter loaf once (the FoodBod recipe), the smell while it was baking was incredible.
Very interested in the outcome. I have two recipes I rotate between but I’d be excited to add a third.
It was not as peanut buttery as I was hoping but still good. Think sourdough bread with hint of peanut butter.
What was the texture like?
Texture was almost normal if not slightly more moist. I was expecting the fat/oil in the peanut butter to change it more than it did.
