The Donbass which arguably didn’t want to be part of Ukraine 3 years ago, and which definitely is a wartorn hellhole right now that has become the de facto home for Ukrainians who fled there that were against the Kiev government.

This is also exactly why Russia fights the war in this way: attrition is their best friend, especially now, even more tomorrow, and as the months drag on, it becomes more desperate.

I live in a NATO country pretty close to the russian border. I’m very much of the opinion that Ukraine will become our war if we don’t arm them to the fucking molars.
