After seeing the leaked NYT memo prohibiting the use of the word “genocide,” I’ve noticed it in other places, NPR for example.
This article mentions antisemitism several times, but does not mention genocide once.
How much power does Israel have over these publications?
It’s not Israel, it is Western leaders, who act more like a Mafia boss that doesn’t get their hands dirty.
Our leaders aren’t politicians, they are a class of cosmopolitan billionaires from all around the world. Genocide is bad for business so they are trying to suppress the coverage. As that fails, I think a reckoning will happen to the Israeli leadership. See South Africa.

The US has a lot of notable places that are named after other countries. Headlines can get confusing at times! Lol
Columbia and Colombia are two different words. Look similar and are often pronounced the same by Americans, but the country does not have a ‘u’ in it.
True, but “there”, “their”, and “they’re” are 3 different words, but that doesn’t stop people from using them interchangeably! Lol
