    The wording in this article is incredibly vague as to who is going to benefit from this and by how much. It feels like the last sentence is the only mention of how it will actually work.

      First paragraph and it seems pretty clear to me.

      This is fixing a problem that we’ve known about for year where people who qualify to have their student debt eliminated but haven’t received it because payments weren’t properly counted.
