Jake Paul became famous for being the guy everyone wants to punch in the face, so he became a boxer…and now he’s making more money boxing?

Yeah, kinda what I thought. Even at his age, Tyson would likely injure the guy bad because of skill and mass. I was surprised that the other douche was even close to his weight, but he’s still giving up maybe 15 to 20 pounds. That may not seem like much, but it makes a difference even when sparring.

The young douche has more reach, but that’s never been a big barrier to Tyson, imo. He was good at getting in and working.

I still call this for Tyson, unless the fight goes long and he gasses out. Gotta say one thing for the douche bag he’s fighting, he does have some skill and he’s got decent stamina.

I get the feeling that if Tyson can close the reach (and he’s always been very capable there) it’s going to go badly for the youtube dude.

A Department of licensing and Regulation spokesperson said in an email to The Associated Press on Tuesday that “this will be a professional bout with a referee and judges and the results will count as part of the fighters’ professional records. So — it’s an actual competitive fight.”

The fight is scheduled for eight two-minute rounds; most men’s pro fights have three-minute rounds. The boxer’s gloves will weigh 14 ounces instead of the standard pro weight of 10 ounces; heavier gloves reduce the power of punches.

Seems like 2 minutes rounds helps Tyson and heavy gloves Paul

        That’s a fair assessment, yeah.
