I heard someone say the Autocannon is the 2nd best solution to any problem in the game, and I’ll be damned if that didn’t ring true.
Killing a factory with an autocannon? By shooting at the open door?
You can shoot the top of the vent door if you are directly facing it and it will ricochet into the vent.
Same for Quasar.
The autocannon ricochet update is useful for something!
I had been doing it well before the ricochet update.
Or shooting at the vents on top. You have to he pretty much right in front of it, though
At any distance, mind you. And the recoilless, EAT, and quasar have the same issue.
Eruptor can take it easily in one shot even if you’re 45 degrees off to the side.
It’s definitely not the first best way of doing it.

How do you kill a charger with the AC?
Taunt him like he’s a bull, side step at the last second, and then fill his butt with hot lead
3 shots to the tail and they bleed out.
Throw stun grenades, dive, aim for below the armor and pray
You dive around alot
The skill-shot way is to dodge and then wait for his little stop animation. If you hit him in the back of the leg it’ll do a temporary armor crack and then a second shot on that same leg within a few sec will kill it. you’ll notice a little flame on his leg that indicates you’ve hit the first shot correctly.
But the other suggested ways are easier to time, especially if there’s a lot of Chaos going on

I haven’t tried the grenade launcher / supply pack combo yet but it seems fun. I’ll have to check it out. Honestly I don’t use the Autocannon that much either. I’m an EAT man, myself.
