I planted 75 trees this month, not sure what to do about capitalism though.
Capitalism was imposed on us. The only way to destroy capitalism, is to exit the grid and not play their game anymore. If everyone, in the whole fucking world, would boycott all the juicy distractions that are offered to us, for example.
If no one bought their products, watched their shows, used their banks and maybe stopped giving attention to the rich fucks, the revenue would disappear.
The only connection I have to the grid is power, unfortunately I can’t afford a solar system big enough to run my whole home. Some day.
Very good. Where? Have a few acres?
Ever use Google alternatives like ecosia.com? I think they plant trees for ecologically friendly searches.
Capitalism is a tough one. Democracy at Work (Richard Wolff), David Harvey (MIT), and DiEM25 (Yannis Varoufakis - https://www.yanisvaroufakis.eu/) are a few good sources for what to do about it, if you are interested.
I live in New York and I do have a few acres. In the near term I’m trying to line my property with trees but next year I’m going to start working on an apple orchard.
An apple orchard - I’ll have to visit you someday
