We are located in Eastern Oregon near the base of the Blue Mountains in historic Pendleton Oregon, USA. All of our Prison Blues brand clothing are made by inmates currently serving time at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institute.

Do those inmates make ,um, you know a living wage?
Oh….
Well they get paid state minimum wage.
Then 90% of it is used to pay for prison. They get $100-150 per month for working.
They modeled it after the highly sought after jobs in illegal sweatshops.
And that’s why I’m hesitant to buy things marketed as “Made in America”.
