    Some of our problems could be mitigated by less wealth hoarded by individials yes. We have problems caused by people being billionaires.

      And by those billionaires having a vested interest in maintaining income inequality (so people’s desperation can be exploited) and class heirarchies (so they can maintain power).

      The aristocracy is alive and well in the modern day.

    How did you reach this conclusion?

    Would a counter example be enough to dispel this:
    Climate change is a problem many of us face. But however much we reduce our impact, unless the really resource-rich start reducing wastage, it gets cancelled out.

    And then there’s lobbying n stuff.

    I was going to give op the benefit of the doubt and assume they meant this post as a criticism of the ultra wealthy and their title was supposed to be “Billionaires:”

    Then I looked at their comment history…
