Oh my god that was dangerous from Ocon, Gasly is absolutely right to be pissed.

Ocon literally did what he did to Perez back at Force India - overtake stupidly and leave no room for his teammate.

I am fairly sure this is the worst race I have ever seen. Might as well have called it 80 formation laps. Jesus.

I think I counted like 5 overtakes that did not involve a crashed car. Ridiculous really. Last week at least there was some hope that one could pull a move. No such hope here

5 is pretty high for Monaco. I’m sure there have been years with zero on track overtakes before.

There wasn’t a single one inside the points, though, so that definitely didn’t help

Have they?? I can’t remember any year with 0. Till lap 50, I was thinking that we may have zero today.

Oh yeah. I completely forgot about that. I guess that the strategic battle between overcutting and undercutting kept me engrossed enough. Also helped by the fact that verstappen was not driving nearly as slowly as people today.

Haas and Alpines taking each other out. Typical Sunday.

Haas was a stupid move by Magnussen, he shouldn’t have been there, Nico got caught in it. Ocon, what was he trying to do?

Leclerc says he’ll bring the car home, proceeds to drive directly to his apartment parking garage.

Holy shit Perez’s car. Thankfully he’s out of the car.

The video editor’s gonna have a hard time extending the race highlights over a minute

Hey, there was a Bottas overtake on Sargeant and now Stroll on Zhou in the tunnel. What an exciting race

Ah classic, Alpines bonking into each other. Huge lift off the ground.

As is tradition! This race needs to go, I get the tradition behind the race, but the cars are just too damn fast and large for this track anymore.

Everyone is trying to go slower than the next driver, that’s not racing!

I wonder who’ll take the Overtake award if there are no overtakes. The safety car?

I guess that’s better than the safety car!

Red flag should be pretty good for the race leaders who started on mediums as they can slap on a set of hards now and likely go to the end of the race on them. Not so good for the Mercedes and Max behind starting on the hards, as they’ll have to either stop for mediums later or stick on mediums now but these will likely not last until the end of the race.
