Mine will depend if my wife’s girl’s weekend happens. If it does then I’m doing an art trail, which she would hate.

A mandatory overtime shift and some video games!
The only scheduled plans I have right now are my bi-weekly D&D game Friday night. Rest of the weekend will be spent chilling at home unless the wife wants has plans. Given the heat index here over the next few days, any activities will likely be enjoyed in an air conditioned environment 😅
Recovery (a video game!?) and a return to routine (gym) after some disruptive weeks (sick + toddlers). If time allows, studying for some exams.
Looking forward to getting the family outside 😃
BBQing on Saturday with some friends and some quality time with the family on Sunday for Father’s Day.
Cycling, I want to see how far I can go this time.
Counting bats with my partner on Friday and Sat night. Driving range on Sunday.
Watching the Purge movies.
Love bats! If it weren’t for the mosquito bites I could watch them every evening.
If there wasn’t mosquitoes there wouldn’t be bats. It is a vicious cycle.
And thank goodness for the bat’s or the mosquitoes would be worse.
I counted just under 300 little brown bats in 1 hour at dusk. They crawl out of the vents and tiny holes between the wood slats on the walls. That is my highest count in an hour, best before that was in the 60s.
That’s fantastic. In a green space that ran behind our housing community you could stand, get bitten by mosquitoes, and watch about fifty bat’s fly and eat. Stand still and you’d hear some of their echo location as they dived a few feet near your head.
Then one year there were no bat’s. 😞
In my new neighborhood there’s just a few but I was glad to find them.
It could have been as simple as someone redid their roof and closed up a hole the bats were in or a tree got cut down that housed them.
If you want to help and you are in a position to put a bat-house up on your home or plant native plant species that attract bugs for the bats to eat. Some bat species like moths and beetles. It really depends on where you are in the world to what you can do to help, look for a local bat society or wetland group and ask what you can do.

I just finished my studies so Im going to spend the weekend playing Morrowind :)
Too cool. I have a copy but have yet to spend any real time playing.
Some gardening before it starts to rain.
Then we’ll continue to watch Carnival Row with my gf.
Rest of the time playing video games and reading.
Oh and call my dad on sunday for the father’s days.Finished up the work week. Chorin’ and errands yesterday, then ended the day with a social gather around our friends’ fire pit. This morning got the same group together for brunch. All in all a good weekend!
