Yes because you can tell a person’s whole personality from a single comment.
Paleo isn’t a moral choice though… Most vegans are vegans because they see what humans do to animals as indefensible. Why would you expect them to be quiet? It’s not their whole personality, you’re just happier being willfully ignorant.
