    All people below are wrong, as they suggest terminal emulators. Jokes aside, my favorite terminal emulator is Alacritty. It’s fast, just works and no bells or whistles.

    I’m a fan of MobaXterm. It’s convenient to run sessions for Windows and Linux machines under a single umbrella. It also has some nice features like multi-command, SFTP, and Putty integration. Only downside is the price I suppose.

    Edit: I guess I’m talking about remote terminal software, maybe somewhat tangential to the post.
