Yes, they also contain a layer of sharp cheddar, if that’s important.

Thank you! I do try sometimes.

It actually tastes better than you’d think though.

Speaking of tasting better then it sounds, have you ever had a blue cheese and kimchi quesadilla?

No, but you have my attention.

But your user name also lowers my trust in accuracy…

Watermelon with balsamic and blue cheese. The good balsamic, not the watery stuff. Mmmmmmmmm.

Real vanilla, or that beaver anus juice substitute fake vanilla?

The annual industry consumption of castoreum is very low, around 100 kilograms whereas vanillin is over 1.2×106 kg.

I wish I could afford the beaver ass gland juice.

No, sorry to say I haven’t, not yet anyways. Maybe someday though, but doesn’t sound like anything easily found local to my area. 🤷‍♂️

Legally it’s a melt. Bits of face in aspic isn’t cheese, no matter what you call it. But there aren’t any sidebar rules so sure! Grill that face cheese. Is it delicious?

It actually is delicious! At least much more delicious than I thought it would be when I decided to try making my first one yesterday… so good I had to make two more today!

Definitely a melt but it sounds good. I’ve never had or hear of hog head cheese but it sounds tasty.
