Yup, the tactics we saw implemented by the CIA in SA were his brainchild.
His (and his wife’s) fingerprints are basically on any modern propaganda methods and tactics you see, whether it’s Soviet, or modern Russian oligarchy, the CCP mass manufacturing of consent or corporate power in the US.
He even served as an inspiration for Goebbels, not many pieces of shit in this world can say that.
