Which version of Pop!_OS are you on? Upgrades through this interface may no longer work for EOL releases. You’d have to refresh with a new ISO, or do some repo surgery and package upgrade by hand.
Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
OS upgrades aren’t possible for 22.04
so can i use the system normally?
You can, but it seems you’re trying to reinstall the system with the refresh option, but the system service is masked. I’m not sure why it would be masked, but you can unmask it with
