The incentives are all there. We’re still under Trump’s tax plan skewed heavily toward the wealthy until the end of the year. It just doesn’t seem like it, because the tax breaks for sub-$400k earners ended two years ago, but the breaks for corporations and the wealthy are still in effect.

Biden’s plan starts next year, and puts the majority of tax responsibility on corporations and the wealthy, while giving breaks for sub-$400k earners.
