    Won’t catch up with the wages missed in the past though. This is like saying someone who is drowning is a little closer to the surface.

    Are wages “growing faster” (read: “catching up to”) than the cost of groceries, power, shelter, and transportation yet?

    No?

    Not even close?

    Guess we’ve still got a long ways to go.

    Talk to me when the average pay is 4 times the average rent again.
