It seems to me like that this is the most efficient way to read mails: to actually have the mails at the center of the screen in vertical view, not at any side, bottom or top.
Either option is fine with me:
- Folders | e-mail | Inbox
- Inbox | e-mail | Folders

I see what you’re saying, bit I prefer Folders | List | Message. I like the hierarchy flow. It is how most more taking applications work, so it is consistent with everything else.
