    nowadays my hunger pangs just go away on their own. I don’t even like to eat when I’m hungry anymore, the discomfort detracts from the food, so I wait till the hunger goes on its own and then eat (if I still remember)

    Wow I literally did that second one. I also googled a lot of “what’s the most amount of slow release calories I can eat for the least amount of money”

        Thanks. I hope that helps some people out in the comments. I’m luckily 15 years on from my student poverty days and proud to say I can afford AT LEAST two meals a day now without issue. #Progress
