An Australian university has replaced two hybrid buses with two fully electric ones, saying that “every decision matters” in the race to cut emissions.

      The States is like that in a lot of places. Hell, even The University of Texas at Austin does that, and Austin really isn’t that large of a city (maybe 15 km from north to south, and 5 km from east to west).
