Beyond burgers are the bomb if you fry them in bacon fat.
Bacon fat elevates 90% of dishes :)

Thanks :). Going more plain on this one was our plan. I have made them in the past and almost felt like we went too crazy with some garlic mayo, shredded lettuce, and caramelized onions. Thought we would give it a different style this time.
Presentation wise though I can see it lacking. Maybe next time I will put the mustard on top of the onions and pepper jack instead of just on the crown bun. Will help with some contrast.
