    This is one of those kits you buy after the season ends from a bargain bin and bring out 25 years later for street cred because now it’s fashionable in a kitschy kind of way.

    @little_niggle Arsenal fans have only got ourselves to blame for this monstrosity. We bigged up the bruised banana and gave Adidas the impression that we like our away kits to look like vomit.

    As always, I’ll have to see one IRL to truly decide. It’s not one I think I’d buy but it’s probably more aimed at a younger fan than I, judging from the video. I actually think that in that context it looks OK.

    If it helps players spot each other on the grass, that’s good. Also, is it just me it does the design owe a lot to the Forest Green Rovers kit?

    In the end, they could wear a poo brown mankini for all I care, as long they play well.
