Reloading the feed confirms that the vote saved in Lemmy, but the app seems to forget.

I’ve noticed if I upvote and save a post, press back to return to the feed, then upvote again from the feed, the save button will fill in as well. So it appears to be visual only.
Edit: but I agree, it’s a problem.
