The horror, people will have to clean out their garages and actually put their cars in there

I can’t tell you how many times I see residential roads filled with parked cars (including in bike lanes), while having EMPTY driveways large enough to easily fit 4 large vehicles. I’m talking one house after another, after another.

Is it a flex, or just douchebaggery?

I think a bit of laziness too, because they would have to take some time to think about the order in which they park their cars

I do have to give kudos to my neighbour.

They have three vehicles in a narrow driveway and ALWAYS take the time to move them. We’re talking at least four times a day, ranging from 4am to late evening.

I’ve never seen them parked on the road. Not even once.

      Basically.

My city recently removed like 90% of curbside parking. Ppl were mad but they are over it. Now it’s all either gone or it’s paid parking, metered and policed by the city. And god it’s so much better.

There’s also way less cars in general in the city now because of the price.

It’s also much easier to actually find parking if you need it, as long as you pay for it.

      Win win win imo
