China so far has been providing dual-use items (think golf carts, microchips). If China is now providing munitions, I would expect quite the number of behind-the-scenes discussions occurring between the west and China; with Chinese sanctions on the horizon.
I’m concerned they may be using North Korea as an intermediary.
