Strymon have been teasing the release on their Instagram page, and one sleuthy poster over on The Gear Page noticed a Trademark filing for “Brig” a while back. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the larger Brigadier included in any demos/comparisons like some of the other Strymon pedals. Anyone ever use one? Any issues you hope the Brig fixes?

I can’t imagine ever wanting a digital delay pedal that only does analogue bucket brigade delay. The Volante is pretty neat because it’s a full on simulation of a very complicated machine. The Brig doesn’t seem very special and I’d rather have one of the dozen other, more versatile, multiple day pedals.
