Holy cow actual nonbasic hate in standard? I love this. Price of Progress is a really strong effect and I’m curious if this makes it into other formats too.
Yeah, POP itself seems a bit strong for most formats but I think a higher-costed card that comes with a body attached could be very playable but not overpowered
