Just made it from Brighton Heights back to South Hills. It was around 5pm for reference, so not great normally anyway. Absolute chaos - traffic, thunder storms, pedestrians. I’m fine mostly staying put this weekend.
Have fun with whatever everyone is getting into though! Plan for extra travel time!

How insane do we think traffic around the city will be? Will definitely avoid North shore, but is south side flats going to be awful? What about the other neighborhoods like Lawrenceville or shadyside?
Honestly, I have no idea what to expect. But will try and enjoy a golf lesson Saturday!
Everything I’m reading says traffic will be hell on wheels today and tomorrow, the surge will be great for the Pittsburgh economy, hopefully it’s not too bad outside of North Shore 🤞🏻
