    How’s he taking the photo? We need another photo to work this out.

      Oh, yeah! how’s he holding the camera/smartphone or whatever he may be using? Is he using a helmet with a camera, on the bathroom?
      It’s the only explanation i can think

      Unless he’s holding it with his mouth lol

    Reminds me of Japan where the sink is often the tank of the toilet. When you flush, water comes out the faucet to refill the tank, and so you save water by using that to wash your hands.

    Except, well… the Japanese idea makes much more sense I guess.
