Google is working on satellite connectivity for Pixel devices through the Pixel Satellite SOS feature, and it could be free for only a while.

      I think the cost of satellite service all over the world is pretty high and a service that would exclusively be in the red numbers would end up on the Google graveyard fast. I don’t like this but i kinda understand it.

        I did buy a Pixel 4a but I guess they were generally cheaper at that time and it was already the old model at the time.
