I have trouble finding english manga actually i havent found any online yet, most places are for books or in something i cant read. manga is pricey so i thought i could maybe print my own for personal use and to learn a new skill but that seems dumb, either way i want to read manga.

i dont want to download one chapter at a time i would rather want to download one book at a time becasue of ocd. my librairy tends to be out of manga most of the time and have a long waitlist.

also i did read the wiki but most sites dont have what im looking for and i cant read them becasue there not in english, im looking for manga like, one punch man, all you need is kill, bleach?, etc.

If you want fan translated chapters - Mangadex

    for official translations - Mangasee

    for both - Comick

if you want to download them you can either use tools like tachiyomi, hakuneko or fdm2 that allows you to ddl from most major sites or use nyaa if you are comfortable with torrenting.

tachiyomi makes reading manga really easy if you have a tablet, other than that if you want to download whole books nyaa.si might be what you are looking for

If you’re a real nerd about it and can get in BakaBt has crazy big full books. Manga and light novels. We’re taking Gigabytes for single volumes… They look very nice though.

Otherwise Tachiyomi is great and usually the stuff online is high enough quality to satisfy me and had kept me from running my own Ubookquity server.

Combine the two suggestions you’ve gotten together. Tachiyomi for Android uses MangaDex and many other sources to curate and collect manga and doujinshi. You can configure it to auto-download new chapters, or x chapters ahead of your current reading point.
