Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) said she plans to introduce on Monday a resolution “calling on Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment and assume the duties of acting President.”
“If Joe Biden does not have the cognitive ability to seek reelection, he does not have the cognitive ability to serve the remainder of his term,” she wrote on X.

Also, why the fuck would the Republicans want loads of examples of Harris as acting president before the election? That can’t help their “team” win.
They’ll also fight to prevent PAC money from getting transferred, but that will also be a charade. Then again, with the judges we’ve seen since the bad man appointed a record number, expect at least one or two mind-blowing rulings.
I think it’s going to be more cases of getting his replacement ONTO the ballot in some states due to deadlines.
No states have their deadlines before the convention (well, one does, but they’ve already made an exception) and there is no official nominee until the convention names one.
