If you like this punchline, go watch the movie “The Ballad of Leslie Vernon”

It’s a mockumentary about a supernatural serial killer a la michael myers or jason vorhees. One of my favorite lines is:

Interviewer: What’s one of the important things about being a supernatural serial killer that often gets overlooked?

Leslie: Cardio. You have no idea how difficult it is to chase these people while their sprinting, and i have to look like im walking.

Mary Shelley said there are two monsters in the book; both are named Frankenstein. Victor’s obsession caused him to become a monster.

This is Frankenstein’s monster, not the monster Dr. Frankenstein.

And that monster, being the creation/son of Dr. Frankenstein, would also have the surname Frankenstein (assuming he sees Victor as his father).

Yes, one was a monster on the inside and the other was a monster as depicted in the comic.

Only the monster on the inside was a doctor so again, this comic is wrong.

I also interpreted it as “went to monster school” (aka how to be a monster), not becoming a doctor

“Some of us were willing to die for the chance to be a monster” would have been a better punchline.
