Edit: if anybody would like to steal my app idea, I’ll probably never bother. I want an add-on or an extension that will scrub or skip a list of terrible artists. Drake the Pedophile and Chris Brown the Woman Beater are at the top of my list. I get tired of liking a song and then they turn out to be featured in it. I want a way to remove their part somehow

Not to minimize the horrendous beating Chris Brown gave to Rihanna (which was of course totally reprehensive and unforgivable), but this is quite a different situation though. He sicked his entourage of 7 guys on 4 dudes who he invited to his VIP party and who were there to congratulate him after the show, just because supposedly he had beefed with one of the four at some point in the past. And Chris was throwing punches and kicks too. This guy is a menace and needs some actual comeuppance beyond probation. He should go to jail and be blacklisted by all the labels.
If that was going to happen, it would have been after Rihanna. The man is a golden goose and the silver haired middle aged white men are going to keep collecting the golden eggs.
He invited Rihanna into a relationship, and into his car, and then horrendously beat her and tried to shove her out of the moving car. The affidavit is sickening. Yes, inviting fans under the guise of celebration and then jumping them is also fucking horrible. The man is a menace to say the absolute least, and he isn’t going to change
Why anyone would go to his concerts in the first place is beyond me.
My thoughts really. What he did was wrong, but when you associate with terrible people terrible things happen. You can tell a lot about someone from the company they keep

I contemplated trying to win them so I could refuse to go, but also - he’s not even worth the effort
Fuck Chris Brown. But on the other hand I have little sympathy for anyone who attended one of his shows.
